In order to process personal document with the Kuwait Consulate we will need the following:

1- Original documents
2- Copy of the Passport of the signer. For Special Power of Attorneys we will need a copy of the ID for the Recipient of the POA in Kuwait.

In order to process Commercial documents with Kuwait Consulate in Los Angeles we will have to Authenticate the documents with the State and then US State Department before submitting documents for Authentication with Kuwait Consulate. Commercial shipping documents must be authenticated by US Arab Chamber of Commerce before submitting it to the Kuwait Consulate for Legalization..

Documents required for authentication of commercial documents:

1- Original commercial documents.
2- Copy of the Passport of the Legal Representative of the Company

Our Standard processing time with CA State, US State Department and Kuwait Consulate is 10-12 Business Days. Our standard time to process Commercial documents with US Arab Chamber of Commerce and Kuwait Consulate is 3-5 Business days.
