FBI Background Check with Apostille

Recently the FBI Approved small number of Channelers to expedite the backlog of background check requests. We are one of the few companies affiliated with FBI Channelers and can provide electronic submission to the FBI for faster processing of your FBI Background check, usually within hours. No more waiting for 6 to 8 weeks to get your results from the FBI. 

Fingerprints are submitted and processed within hours and are ready for your review online in 2-4 hours and a hard copy will be mailed to your address by first class mail or you can have it expedited with USPS Priority or FedEx Next day for an additional fee.

We have state of the art technology that was just approved by the FBI. We will capture your fingerprints electronically and submit to the FBI Channeler in minutes and provide you with confirmation that the FBI Channeler received your prints. 

In addition to electronic submission to the FBI we have the capability to convert hard cards to electronic file and submit to the FBI for processing. So if you have your prints taken anywhere else you can mail it to us to convert and submit to the FBI.

Bring the following to your appointment:
1- Filed Order form "ORDER FORM"
2- State Issued valid ID or Passport

If you can't come in person you can have your prints taken anywhere in the US and mail them to us together with:

1- FD-258 Ink card (one card if your print are good. 2-3 cards if you have bad prints)

2- Fill the Order form "ORDER FORM"

3- Copy of Valid ID.

4- Make Payment online and print receipt.

5- Mail the Card, Order form and payment receipt to us.

Note: Please review the information below regarding the use of FBI-approved Channelers:

*FBI Channeling can be processed for a U.S. person (an individual who is a citizen of the U.S. or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.).

*FBI Channeling cannot be requested for US Immigration or employment and/or licensing purposes within the United States. This type of request should be coordinated with the appropriate state identification bureau (or state police) for the correct procedures.

Below are step by step instructions to get you fingerprints done, receiving your report and sending it to us for Apostille and if needed translate your FBI report to more then 200 languages.

Step 1:

Two ways to get fingerprinted:
    1- In person at our office
    2- Mail 2 Ink card (FD-258)

For applicants that prefer to come to our office we will take their prints Electronically and submit to the FBI directly and provide you with an access code to access your report in 2 to 4 hours and email the PDF to us for Processing the Apostille or you can wait till you receive the hard copy by mail and mail or drop off the original to us to process the Apostille.

For applicants that prefer to apply by Mail please follow the four steps below:

Step 1:
1- Fill out the Request form
2- Mail 2 sets of completed Fingerprint card (FD-258 Card)
3- Payment for $95 (plus expedited shipping charges if applicable) by Money order, Cashier’s Check or Credit Card online.

Once we receive your prints we will process it immediately and email you the access code. You can access your report in 2 to 4 hours and email the PDF to us to process the Apostille or you can wait till you receive the hard copy by mail and mail or drop off the original to us to process the Apostille.

Step 2:

For the Apostille we will need the following:
1- PDF or Hard Copy of the FBI Report
2- Order Form filled out
3- Payment for $195 by Money order, Cashier’s Check or Credit Card online. Additional reports cost $145/report to Apostille.

Step 3:

If you like your Apostilled FBI report translated please indicate the language you want it translated to on the order form you fill out before mailing to us. The fee for translation varies depending on the language and the number of pages the report has. Once we have a copy of the report we can price the translation separately for you.

Step 4:

Payment for the Apostille or Apostille and Translation can be done online or by Money order, Cashier’s Check. Receipt can be emailed or mailed to us with the documents.
